You can submit images online at <a href=\"www.nsf.gov\/comet\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.nsf.gov\/comet<\/a> beginning October 15, 2013, through January 15, 2014. Judges will consider images in three categories; in addition, website visitors will vote a &#8220;People&#8217;s Choice&#8221; winner.
