Yes. First you need to get

continue using library services
after the termination of their
tenure?
Only the faculties can avail the
in- campus services only after
renewal of their membership from
the director.
- Can I check out
journals or magazines?
No. But you can photocopy the
required article from the
library premises.
- Will I be notified
if I have overdue books?
Yes, the library team will send
you a reminder mail, based on
that you can renew the item or
return it to the library.

- How fast I can get
my requested item from other
branch library?
Depending on the IIA field
station library we are borrowing
from, IIA books and articles can
arrive in two days. Interlibrary
loan items may take a minimum of
two weeks.
- Is my personal
information safe?
Yes. Your information is safe
because you are connected with
secured site of IIA. When
connecting to external resources
IIA only identifies you as a
institute’s authorized user who
has rights to the resource; it
does not share your login
information.
- How to check the

We can provide with the list of
items that are checked out with
you or you can self assist
through My Account section
through online catalogue
service.
